IPA Grapefruit Cocktail

A simple vodka citrus cocktail using IPA simple syrup

Ingredients

  • 1 ounce vodka
  • 1/2 ounce IPA simple Syrup
  • 2 ounce ruby red grapefruit juice
  • ice
  • Grapefruit cut into wedges for garnish

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker over ice.
  2. Shake well and serve in your favourite cocktail glass.
  3. Garnish with grapefruit wedge
