Guacamole ~ Quick and Easy!
Guacamole is crazy easy to make; I make it all the time in minutes and it tastes amazing with chips, on a burger, or stuffed in chicken. Usually I make guacamole just for chip dipping, but this batch is for my guacamole stuffed chicken! You only need five ingredients to make a tasty guacamole, and it is ready literally in minutes. But if you make it and let it sit in the fridge for a couple hours (if you can wait that long; I know I rarely can!), then it tastes even better!
Guacamole
Ingredients you need are three ripe avocados cut and insides scooped out, juice of one lime, minced garlic, finely chopped red onion and sea salt! If you are like me, you will have all these ingredients in your fridge at all times!
Now here is the super easy part. Put all the ingredients into a blender or food processor and blend until smooth. Done! That’s all! If you don’t have a blender or food processor, or don’t feel like digging it out from the basement, put all ingredients into a bowl and mash well until combined. Still done in minutes!
