Southern Food Cooking – 70 Recipes!
Tomorrow, January 22nd, is National Southern Food Cooking day and it only seemed proper to pull together a round up of the tastiest southern food cooking there is out there! As a Canadian, living in one of the most Northern major cities of the country, my experience with southern food cooking is limited. However, in August of 2015 my husband and I went to New Orleans, Louisiana where I had my first taste of the south and we fell in love immediately.
(My trip in full detail can be read in NOLA Part 1, NOLA Part 2 and NOLA Part 3)
As soon as we got home I started practicing and making some of the recipes we had during our visit. This round-up includes those recipes along with many MANY others from all my food blogger friends! Grab yourself a cafe du lait, sit back, and enjoy!
