Grilled Pork Tenderloin with Kiwi Honey Sauce
Simple grilled pork tenderloin with a sweet and tangy kiwi honey sauce

Salt and pepper to taste
Pork

Seasoning the pork loin well with salt and pepper and drizzle with olive oil.

Place the seasoned pork loin on a preheated grill and let grill on medium heat, flipping occasionally, until juices run clear, about 30 minutes.
Kiwi Honey Sauce

In a saucepan, over medium heat, add in chopped onion with 1 tsp oil and cook until just soft, about 5 minutes.

Add in kiwi, vinegar, honey, salt and pepper and let simmer on low heat until everything is soft and the sauce thickens, about 10 to 15 minutes.

Slice the grilled pork tenderloin and drizzle kiwi honey sauce over. Enjoy with your favourite salad or side dish.
