Pale Ale Yogurt Marinated Chicken Breasts

Tender and juicy chicken breasts marinated in yogurt and pale ale beer


  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup Pale ale beer (Drink local!)
  • 2 Tbsp. Tomato paste
  • 1 Tbsp. Minced garlic
  • 1.5 tsp. Smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp. Adobo red pepper flakes Can sub with regular red pepper flakes
  • 1 tsp. Salt and pepper, each
  • 2 large chicken breasts


  1. Mix all ingredients besides chicken together in a container with a tight fitting lid, until combined.

  2. Add chicken breasts to container. Put lid on container and marinate for 2 hours or overnight.

  3. Grill until chicken is cooked. Serve with salad, side roasted vegetables, rice, pasta, etc.
