Blood Orange Ale Vinaigrette


  • 3 ounces Blood Orange Ale Use any citrus based fruit ale
  • 4 Tbsp. Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1 Tbsp. finely minced red onion
  • 1 Tbsp. Honey
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp orange zest
  • Salt and pepper to taste


  1. Mix all ingredients in a bowl, whisk well to combine. Serve on your favourite bowl of fresh greens and vegetables!
