Fruit Smoothie!


  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1 ½ cup assorted frozen fruit see note
  • 1 tbsp ground flax
  • 2 scoop Progressive PhytoBerry® optional
  • 2 scoop Progressive VegeGreens® optional
  • ¼ cup plain fat-free greek yogurt
  • ½ cup 100% fruit juice see note
  • ½ cup milk use skim, whole, almond, soy, coconut, etc...


  1. Put everything into a blend and blend until smooth.
  2. Pour into two glasses.
  3. Drink immediately, or store in fridge in a covered cup for 1-2 days.

Recipe Notes

Assorted frozen fruit - use anything. I use Kirkland's frozen mixed fruit or a mix of frozen peaches and raspberries. Try different combinations!
100% fruit juice - I use pineapple. Use your favourite!
