Bok Choy - Oven Roasted

A tasty and different way to use bok choy by marinating it and roasting it in the oven.

  • Baby bok choy about 4-6 bunches
  • 1 Tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 1 tsp Thai chili sauce
  • 1 garlic clove minced


  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
  2. Wash bok choy well and chop ends off. Spread out on a foil lined cookie sheet.
  3. In a small bowl whisk together remaining ingredients and drizzle over bok choy.
  4. Set aside and let marinate for 20 minutes then put it the preheated oven for 10 minutes until wilted and tender.
  5. Serve as a side with your favourite main dish!
