Summer in Peru

A cocktail inspired by what I think would go down great on a hot summer day in Peru

Ingredients

  • 1/2 ounce Peruvian Pisco
  • 1/2 ounce St. Germain Elderflower Liqueur
  • 1/2 ounce fresh squeezed lemon juice
  • Sparkling wine
  • Lemon wheel for garnish

Instructions

  1. Combine Pisco, elderflower liqueur and lemon juice in champagne flute. Top with sparkling wine and garnish with a lemon wheel and enjoy!
