A great tasting rich sauce good for pork and beef
Heat the butter in a sauce pan. Add onion and garlic and cook over medium heat for 2-4 minutes until softened.
Add paprika and cook for another 1-2 minutes.
Add in the cherries and cook, while stirring occasionally, until broken down, about 10 minutes.
Add in the porter beer and honey, and let simmer until the alcohol cooks off and the sauce thickens, about 10 minutes.
