Campfire Cooking Baked Avocados
If you love avocados you will love these stuffed baked ones over the fire!

avocado

crumbled feta cheese

Aleppo chiles

Salt and pepper to taste

Cut the avocado in half and remove the pit.

Scrape some of the avocado out and into a bowl, leaving an "avocado bowl". Add chopped tomatoes, feta cheese, salt, pepper and Aleppo chilies and mix with scooped avocado.

Fill avocado bowls with mixture and wrap in foil - tent the foil over the top so the cheese doesn't melt. Place over hot coals or on a preheated barbecue for 15 - 20 minutes.
