Citrus Salad
A delicious and refreshing salad made with fresh citrus, avocado, fennel and mint!
Dressing

blood orange olive oil

avocado oil

champagne wine vinegar

honey

Sea salt and fresh ground pepper
to taste
Salad
-

mandarine orange
peeled, segmented and cut into chunks

navel orange
peeled, segmented and cut into chunks

1/2
ruby red grapefruit
peeled, segmented and cut into chunks

1/2
fennel bulb
cut into quarters and sliced thin

avocado
cut into chunks

Tbsp.
red onion
minced

Start by making the dressing. Mix dressing ingredients in a small bowl and whisk well. Set aside.

Segment the citrus fruits and cut into bite sized chunks. Toss citrus into a bowl.

Add in chopped avocado, sliced fennel, minced red onion and chopped mint, and mix well.

Add in the dressing, toss and serve!
