Preheat oven to 250 degrees F.

On the stove I put a pound (yes a whole pound! This is not diet food!) of butter into a pot and added Worcestershire sauce, hot sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, seasoning salt, Aleppo chiles (use any kind of chiles), and caesar rimmer (if you don't have caesar rimmer, just use celery salt). Let the butter melt while all the seasonings mix in. Bring to a boil and then remove from the heat.

Add all of the pretzels, nuts, cheese crackers and cereals to a large roasting pan and mix up well.

Drizzle the butter mixture over the nuts and bolts and give it a good stir. Put the roaster in the oven, uncovered, for 2 hours, taking it out every 20 minutes to mix well. I put the lid on and with pot holders, give it a good shake.

Let the nuts and bolts cool and enjoy!
