Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.

Whisk together the dry ingredients until mixed well.

Add in the melted butter and beer and mix well.

Take mixture and turn it out onto a floured surface. Roll out the dough to about an inch-to-inch-and-a-half thick. Cut circles out of the dough (I use a small glass, but you might have access to an actual cookie cutter!). Place the raw pilsner beer biscuits onto a foil lined cookie tray, having them touch each other.

Bake in oven for about 20 minutes, until the tops are nice golden brown.

Optional: After baking in the oven, brush the tops with some melted butter and put under the broiler for 1-2 minutes.
