Pilsner Beer Chicken Meatloaf

Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground chicken
  • 1/4 white onion, chopped
  • 4-6 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1/3 cup crumbled feta
  • 1 cup panko bread crumbs
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1 tsp Za'atar seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp each, coriander and cumin
  • 1/4 tsp each, salt and pepper
  • 1/3 cup German pilsner beer

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Using nonstick spray, grease your loaf pan well. 

  2. Combine all ingredients well in a mixing bowl

  3. Pour mixture into a pre-greased loaf pan. 

  4. Cook in pre-heated oven for 35 minutes, until cooked through. Juices will run clear. 

    Slice and serve with Greek yogurt. I spiced up my Greek yogurt with some sumac, Za'Atar, salt and pepper. Goes great with a side salad an couscous.
