Simple Syrup made from IPA Beer

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup IPA beer

Instructions

  1. Combine sugar and IPA in a sauce pan over medium heat until sugar dissolves.
  2. Once cooled, store in a bottle or jar in the fridge.
