A cocktail inspired by what I think would go down great on a hot summer day in Peru

Peruvian Pisco

St. Germain Elderflower Liqueur

fresh squeezed lemon juice

Sparkling wine

Lemon wheel for garnish

Combine Pisco, elderflower liqueur and lemon juice in champagne flute. Top with sparkling wine and garnish with a lemon wheel and enjoy!
