10 Recipes for Cooking with Beer!

Lately I’ve been on a kick where I want to make and publish recipes that have beer as an ingredient. Cooking with beer is something that seemed natural for me to incorporate into Chews and Brews. If you don’t know already, I really like beer; and I especially like craft beer. Craft beer has a lot more flavour, I find, and it is usually made with pure love and hard work. Brewers put everything they have into selecting the perfect ingredients for their beers and you can tell with every sip. On top of my love for craft beer, I also love cooking with craft beer and I am starting to enjoy baking, if it involves craft beer. My mission is to continue Chews and Brews with a focus on craft beer where I will not only review a beer, but also share a recipe I created using that craft beer. I have started this slightly and have made a little collection of ten posts that have craft beer in them!

Looking for some more beer recipes? Here are a couple blogs that give me some beer cooking inspiration:

Any recipe that comes from Chews and Brews now on will include a beer review – and for the most part, that beer will be included in the recipe! At the very least the recipe may be free from beer, but I will add the perfect beer pairing! Cheers!
